So far things have gone well. I needed another screw as one was missing from the torn packet and the person with whom I worked was very nice and took care of matters immediately! I have the desk set up now and will let you know how I like as I continue to use it.

I like their product and use my 72" sit to stand desk daily. For some reason they could not deliver last time to my home. This time, with a 48" desk, I am hoping UPS can (any halfwit in a semi truck could come down my street and turn around in the nice over sized cul-de-sac) deliver it. But first, it must be shipped. The desk I ordered has been ready to ship(according to the website) for several days now. If/when I receive the desk and its in great shape like my last one, then I will increase to 4 stars. If I have to drive to UPS in another state again to get it, it will drop to 1. P.S. I still remember the refusal from UPS to deliver my desk. I had to drive 45 minutes away and thank god I have a truck. Otherwise, UPS wasn't going to do anything about it and you guys (Versa Desk) pretty much told me it was up to me to figure out how to get it.

The VersaDesk Power Pro performs excellent with the single Apple monitor. The Dual OmniView Monitor arms do not perform as well as I expected. There is no way to lock the swivel point on the T-arm and the dual monitors move quite a bit when raising and lowering the desk. This requires the monitors to be repositioned after each move.

versa desk are worth the money spent. they serve their purpose well. I would recommend it.

I bought a Versadesk a couple of years ago - in white - and loved it. When I received it I took it out of the box, put it on my desk - ready to use. That versadesk got passed on to my assistant and I got a new one. This one I had to put together ( the keyboard shelf). The direction were not the best I've ever seen, but we got it done. Call me lazy but I like plug and play. I also miss the white version. Other than that I still love the stand up desk.
