I bought a product and i'm trying to send it back and it has been about a month. They were supposed to send me A return label. But I have gotten nothing. They do not answer their phone. After weeks of calling. And a chat system is a joke. This is definitely a garbage website and should be removed.

Do not order from them they ripped me off told if I didn't want them I could get a refund that was a lie. After going back and forth 40 something times got a parcel refund and I had to pay to shipped them back.I paid 419.91 for them 354.00 and spent 221.37 ship them no shipping labels.This place is a house were I shipped them back to not a warehouse like they say 2 came from one place and the other one came from somewhere else.Don’t bye anything from this house.

I bought an item to remove crack on my phone screen. Got item, and it did not work. Also got charged for other stuff I did not buy. Stay away from this shop!

Very Poor. I ordered item and it was not the size on the label (XL), it fit like a SM. Contacted, and they said 25% restocking and I pay for shipping, they don't do exchanges. OR I could take a 20% of purchase price. I will never shop with them again or reccomend them to anyone! SCAM!

Do not order from this company. It is a true bait and switch. The specifications for my wreath were as follows: artisanal Consists of grapevine, silk flowers, floral wire, and plastic eucalyptus foliage Note: To keep this wreath safe from the weather, it is advised to use it in a covered place. Size: It is constructed on a 16-inch grapevine base, with a tip-to-tip length of 19–22 inches and a depth of 6 inches. What I received is a plastic 12” base with no grapevines, cheap looking silk flowers and nothing remotely looking like the picture in the ad. Additionally, shortly after I ordered it, my credit card was compromised.

Scams. If you bought something there you will never get refund, also they charged to subscription that I had never signed for it. Keep calling them every day and they keeping bs me ....

Website states 3-5 days. It arrived 8 days later. I had emailed them stating it hadn't arrived before vacation and to cancel order. It arrived while we were gone. Website states 30 day returns. I emailed asking for instructions to return and refund. Still unopened in box by front door. I was offered 40% on purchase refunded plus $25 credit on Website. 🤣. This company is a scam and I am posting reviews and reporting to my credit card company. Their customer service is less than desirable. Do not purchase anything from this company. Vernier Products. This order started June 27, today is July 8. Im still in my 30 day window!!!

It is not a trustworthy company. On top of that people are very rude when you call requesting for a refund. I sent the item back as per their request and never got my money back.
