If I could leave less than a star, I woud. Bought a fly trap through this company, caught zero flies. Have a recurring charge of $29.99 coming out of my bank account. I am furious that a company thinks they can take your money without your permission. What are they thinking?

So I ordered a bird feeder that I knew was not a motorized spinner, yet all I got for 29.99 was a piece of thin plastic crap from China. I called their third party "customer service" and it seems you can't send anything back unless they "let you." So I was told I would be getting an email with instructions, trust me, it's not going to happen!

Abysmal product quality and customer service to match. I ordered a grass/weed trimmer with a high speed rotating blade. It arrived with assembly instructions for a different product! I'm not going to risk my safety guessing how to put this thing together. Multiple phone calls and emails always resulted in the same response: "We'll send the instructions to you within 48 hours" Three weeks later? It never happened. Request for refund instructions? Also requested but never received. And the product itself is so flimsy it's more a toy than a tool. Just a complete waste of time and money.

IT takes water and ice packs! First off I ONLY bought the "portable air conditioner" because the description did not say it was an evaporative cooler. When I got it I tried it out and it's basically a fan, does not cool AT ALL even with chilled water and extra ice packs! And only blows on one side even when it's on swing. The remote didnt come with a battery had to buy one it was $12. Kept trying to return, called left messages sent email. Never got a reply. Now stuck with this FAN. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I purchased 3 ultrasonic devices to deter rabbits in my garden. I researched these items and was sent to vernier by a legitimate website, unfortunately I can't recall which one. It took a long time to receive these and I began to suspect this was a scam. I called and requested a refund and items arrived the next day. The cost to return was not worth it. They acted like it was made in USA but they shipped from China. I kept them, they don't work. A couple of weeks later a $29.99 charge showed up on my account. They signed me up for a monthly shopping subscription. I called and had it refunded and canceled. 2 days later I received a call from the fraud department at my bank. Several fraudulent charges were trying to clear my bank. Fortunately the bank declined them. I had to cancel my cc and have another issued. This was the ONLY company I had purchased from and the only way my card was comprimised. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a knee walker, one uses for ankle or knee injuries to not have to use crutches. It said delivery in two weeks. After i ordered it a day later i got an email it will come from overseas. Which will take months, therefore the injury is most likely healed. I immediately replied to cancel the order, and stated the reason. I got a text today from them saying its already being shipped therefore no cancelation or refund. What a rip off. Thats how they treat injured customers. Do not buy fromthem.

They should get a "0" star rating!!!!! Product shown on website for $39.97 is a much more expensive Droll Yankee feeder (which I own two of). The item I received was NOT what was shown in the photo on the website. What I received was a piece of sh_t that was damaged during transit. I replied that I wanted my money back and returned the feeder. I have contacted them numerous times but they have never replied with anything other than BS each time. In fact, there were two additional charges on my card that my bank, luckily, flagged. One was a charge for $29.99 to Verniershop as an "annual" fee and the other to "skinissilky.com" for $35 (plus change). I contacted them numerous times to get a refund but keep getting no response to my requests. This company is nothing but a fraud and they should all be arrested.

Just tried to order a small item for $20 and got 6 charges from slightly different names. Bank caught the suspicious activity and terminated the transactions. I don't think this place is legit!
