This company is very, very rude and unprofessional. Ordered a chair cushion for sciatica on 7/26/2024 and today 8/2/2024 still have not received it. Checked for update to see information where the delivery truck is. It said at 6:00 am it was 1hour away. At 5:00 pm it never came. I called customer service that were really rude. I cancelled and was told I will receive my refund next Thursday, if that is even true. I really give them 00000 stars!!!!

They had a sale on some lamps that I'd been looking at, so wanted to order them. Tried multiple times over multiple days with multiple browsers on both my phone and laptop to order but it never went through. Kept getting a "parameters needed to use API" error. Contacted customer support via website link. They initially answered and asked for more info, then ghosted me. Called customer service. The agent said they had problems with the website and sent me a link that was supposed to bypass the problem. It didn't. No option to put the order through via phone. All other attempts to contact them failed. But, they kept sending me coupon codes for up to 60% off because the items were in my cart...just couldn't pay for them. Never was successful. Not a good way to stay in business if folks can't actually order from you.

I too wish I had check these reviews. My items are for infants. needed them within the 5 days promised. We are at 8 business days 12 full days since I ordered and they are still not here!!! I just hope the quality of the product is better than the service of delivery!!

I wish I'd checked the reviews before I ordered ! I just received two birdfeeders, ordered from Vernier. These feeders look nothing like the advertised feeder. They are cheap crap and obviously made in China. Vernier's advertising is deliberately deceptive. Their salespeople deflect any enquiries about product origin. They also state that the products 'if not available from their US warehouse, are shipped from an overseas warehouse"....complete and utter BS ! Vernier's 'phone number is an answering service and if anyone answers, they are rude and unhelpful. I was fortunate...my credit card company gave me a full permanent refund.

HORRIBLE!!! They automatically sign you up for a membership if you purchase something and then charge you $29.99 a month!!!! WHO DOES THAT ??? They do not tell you unless you "read the policy" that you are automtically signed up for a membership you do not want that is very expensive - for nothing you get!!! Also the product I did purchase was terrible quality. Just bad all around.

Terrible customer service. Had to contact 6 times to find out when my item would arrive. It sat in their warehouse for 10 days before shipping. Was suppose to receive it within 10 working days and shipped from warehouse in 2-3 days. Reps dont care and send generic responses and blame others. Then when they couldnt track my package they said there is no order. Finally got my order with instructions on how to assemble in a language I dont know how to read. Pictures were not helpful. Next!

Bird feeder was bent, poor quality. Have had no luck I. Getting company to respond. It uses a third party for support and not helpful. I don’t think I’ll even try to send it back so I’m not further in the hole with mailing costs etc. Doubtful they’d follow thru on. Refund

They buy crap from China, etc., put a Nice Fancy Sales page to the product, and then sell the crap to Us consumers...I should of known better...
