Worst customer many ever! Placed my order only for it to be shipped later than told. In addition to them returning my order without even sending me a text or email and when you call customer service they tell you they don’t know anything and have to contact someone else. Taking another twee weeks to resolve. Never purchasing here again!

Ordered a Hummingbird Feeder. Arrived from China. Looks like a Christmas ornament, it is that small. Then, all of a sudden, my credit card was being charged a $29.99 monthly recurring fee!!! And there were other purchases that I had not made!!! Disputed and declined with my CC company.

Total scam site, which sucks because I really wanted the “product” they were offering. Stay away, save your money.

I did not sign up for a rewards membership. However my credit card was billed for $29.99. This is extremely deceiptive! Update I did file a complaint with my CC company and with Vernier. Vernier did refund the membership. However it is up to you to notice these charges and do something about it. They should have never done the initial charge.

Completely Misleading and Fake product Bought a “pet steam brush”. Advertised that it was make grooming my dog easier by releasing steam for static. All it does is mist water. Took forever to deliver even after advertising that it would only be 2-3 days. Customer service was non existent. After ordering, it sent a confirmation email with no confirmation number to reference on their tracking site. Total sham.

If you look at the product reviews, every single product has a "4.9/5 by 3,827 Verified Customers" rating. When you click on the written reviews, they are all 5 star overly positive glowing reviews of every product and there are only a dozen or so written reviews of each product. I called their customer support number and asked how long they have been in business and they said, "a whole lot of years." When I mentioned a concern about their legitimacy, they said you can call your credit card company and hung up on me. The customer support number has an area code in Florida and the company address is in North Carolina. Looking at Google maps for the posted address, there is no indication the company is there. There are 3 different names for this company Vernier Shop, Senter Company, VeryCoolThing LLC.

Quality of handmade doll I received (received delivery tracking #WNBAA0333107876YQ) was terrible. Hair was shaggy, body was simple thin plastic solitary piece. I expected better for $50. When I requested a return,I was told there was a restocking fee. The next day I was offered a 50% discount if I'd keep the doll but had to decide within 24 hours, and that ended sometime in the middle of the night. I missed that window of time. In the end I returned within required time line. It's expensive to return, $20+ dollars with preferred "sign for receipt" type return, but I was able to send for $11.48 in postage and get it there with a tracking number. Waiting on refund since they received doll back on 02/13/2025.

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY. The company is a scam. I ordered a reading pillow from them on February 3. The online ad said it would be delivered in "3 days" Ten days later, no pillow. I called. I was told by a "representative" -- clearly an outsourced company with no power to do anything -- that I would receive an email with a delivery update. No email. I called again. I was told I would receive a telephone call with a delivery update. No phone call. I called and cancelled the order. I received an email Feb. 23 saying I would receive a refund "within 10 business days." Surprisingly, my credit card was refunded Sept. 24. But when I looked at the statement, there was another, earlier charge for $29.99 from Vernier. This is apparently their MO. They add bogus charges. According to many others who have posted, it's a repeating charge. The company may also sell your credit card info, as many say random charges have appeared on their cards. I canceled my card and requested that the $29.99 be refunded as fraud. So far, my credit card company has agreed. BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS AND ITS OWNERS PUT IN JAIL. IT IS CLEARL A FRAUD. IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND PHYSICAL ADDRESS, OWNERS, OR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT IT ONLINE.
