Absolutely deceptive - fraudulent business. The company fronts as US backed company However, it is some sort of foreign ran scam operation. Reviews on the site are also a trap - Do not support!

Same here. Instead of promised 5 business days delivery had to wait for one month. When I finally received the item it was in such condition that it was totally inappropriate to give it as a birthday gift especially that it didn't make it before the Bday. When I requested to provide me with the return label they sent me an email notifying that I will be charged 15% restocking fee, although their policy states that I am entitled to a full refund. Also couple of days later I was charged $29.99 by them for something I never ordered. The item itself was about 30% more expensive than the same on Amazon. Should have done my research before dealing with this company.

This company is a SCAM!!!! I couldn’t even give a zero star rating on their website. Let alone any rating other than 5 stars. It was locked under 5 stars, wouldn’t let me change it. I ordered the Texas Wildflower Wreath. It is NOTHING like the picture. It isn’t even the same size. I think this whole site is a total scam. I wouldn’t ever buy ANYTHING from there. I tried calling and the lady had nothing to say other than we could expect an email in 24 to 48 hours. I highly doubt that’ll happen… Looks like I won’t be getting my money back. So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE.

Total scam. Ordered a leather bag, got a cheap plastic one, They asked for a photo of the item, I sent it. Now they say no refund unless I resend the bag to them. Customer service is some guy who barely speaks English. Advertises self as a domestic company but it's sleazy Chinese products.

The item (wreath for front door) is 1/2 the size shown in pictures and is made of cheap plastic. I will contact the “owner” but also ETSY needs to know what a scam this is compared to what is shown. I will update once I am able to reach someone.

Fraudulent company! Beware of SCAM! Online order form caused multiple orders placed and charges to the credit card under several different company names. When calling the company I was chided by the person answering the phone “why did you order so many”, provided no confirmation number and was told to cancel all orders, do not proceed. Had to call the credit card company to change credit cards. In the morning I see in my email 2 additional attempts to charge my credit card when I specifically said “ do not order” . I now am in a dispute resolution process with the credit card company because of this aggressive fraudulent activity. DO NOT USE this company.

I had a similar experience with Vernier shop. I bought what looked like a normal size hummingbird feeder that said it holds 16 oz. it's tiny and holds 2 oz. and they aren't interested in a return. Then I got a fraud charge alert by Seronline, a related company so I had to cancel my credit card, a real pain

Deceptive seller. Somehow enrolls you in a 29.99 monthly subscription that you can't cancel!
