Do NOT order from this scam company. They state that your order will arrive in 3-5 days, when in fact it takes weeks. Their tracking info is a joke. They over-charged me for the order I placed, and then a month later, charged me $29.99 for a bogus ‘subscription fee’ which was never disclosed or agreed to. Although my bank recovered the fraudulent charges, you will end up having to cancel your credit/debit card a getting a new one. A real pain in the butt.

This store took forever to send my order and when it did it was totally the wrong order. They were not the least bit helpful in correcting the mistake and as a result I wasted almost $30 on a pair of gloves that have no value and don't fit. Do not trust this store.

I ordered an item on February 1st from Vernier. I was informed, via email, that it shipped on February 1st. Wonderful, right? Well, it is now March 10th and the item is no where to be found. The tracking info is hilarious. Even though I live in the Portland, Oregon, suburbs, the item was on the truck out for delivery twice during the month on February to my zip code in ... LA! Also, their business addresses seem to be everywhere from California to Canada to North Carolina. The bottom line -- don't order anything from them! I was able to get my money back filing a credit card fraud transaction.

They do have products. They're bottom barrel crap. Paid for expedited 3 day shipping. Got the item in a month. They also sold my debit card info and a month later $300 were gone. I knew it was them because it was the ONLY transaction I had that had to go through a bunch of different routing that made my credit bureau keep making me verify charges. I had to keep verifying declining charges over a month and all of a sudden money was gone.

It took 3 weeks to get my merchandise which was advertised as 3 day free delivery. I'm surprised it even came because I believe this company is fraudulently attempting to make purchases under different names on my account. I have closed the account so they can't attempt to charge on my account anymore.

This so called "company" is a scam. They will charge you 5.95 even though you opted out of that delivery protection service or whatever it is. Never received my product and it's been a month. They do not answer the phone as it constantly goes straight to voicemail after one ring. STAY FAR AWAY. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 sets (each set of 4 glasses) for $86. They sent me 2 glasses. As it was to be a gift and doubtful I would get a correction in time they tell I have 2 choices. 1-I have to pay for the return and pay restocking fee and refund would be issued or 2-keep the glasses and get a 50% refund. Since it was their error I think it’s unreasonable I should be paying anything. I would not purchase from this site.
