The most recent atrocity by this company is to market & sell to USA customers- however send an APPLIANCE that is not even EU pluggable!! Have NO idea what country my coffee grinder works for. Between this & the mysterious $5.95 charge that I wasn’t aware of - I’m done. Not trustworthy. Sad!

SCAM! As others have noted: Automatically and without any warning “enrolls” you in something(?) that charges you a $30 monthly fee. Gives you all kinds of links to dis-enroll and cancel the fee but it doesn’t work. I had to cancel my credit card entirely to put an end to it. They also added a $5.95 “protection plan” ( for a like $15 item) when checking out which I couldn’t disable. SCAM

Very disappointed with my purchase. The product I received was completely different from the images shown on the website. Tried to contact customer service, but no response.

Terrible experience. The product received doesn't look like anything close to what was pictured on their website. And because it was "on sale", they would not offer a refund as all sales are final. This company is a total scam. Stay away!!!!

I just received a Spring Wreath that was advertised as Big and Beautiful with Gorgeous Colors!!!!! And what I got was just the Opposite!!!! They are refusing me a Full Refund for what is clearly False Advertisement on their part!!!! I sent them a Comparison Photo of their Advertisement and what they actually sent me, If this is not rectified with a Full Refund….FB is a Powerful Tool to completely Discredit them!!!!!

I ordered a bird feeder. On the website it looked fairly tall and well made. What I got was short and flimsy. It isn't anything like the picture on the website.

This company is a sleeve for a foreign firm and doesn't have what they sell in inventory. It took them several months to deliver the wrong product. I had to send them a photo of what they shipped so they could figure out what they had done and as soon as I returned the wrong product to them, they cancelled the order with a note that they no longer sell the product. Not a good company to do business with and certainly not one I will be transacting with again.
