3 times I called the "contact us" phone number, and 3 times someone answered and I said I have questions about 2 products and every time the person hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere

Got the products (plant growing lights with no instructions on how to use the timer!), but they arrived extremely late, and the very next day they charged me $29.99 on top of the purchase. I'm looking through the rest of these reviews and seeing this is something they've done to many. I never signed up for recurring charges and wouldn't have known they'd charged me a second time except my credit card alerted me to fraud. Buyer beware!

If I could it be zero stars immediately after purchase I was charged additional 5.95. Then I get email I will be charged 29.95 month which I never agreed to. I finally got the dog toy that’s suppose to be indestructible. So it’s got a hole in the back of the body where the speaker is that can just be pulled out. Ordered it to keep my daughter’s pet safe not for the dog to choke on the sqeaker. What a waste. So I will be out by $35 pretty much 20 for the pet and six dollars for the additional fee and the hassle of canceling my whole account with my bank so these people cannot add more additional charges on.

Delay and more delay. I asked for a refund because I have not received my order from, Order 277596. I asked for this refund because the item was supposed to be 2-3 day delivery per the website. However, I was asked to wait 6-8 days for the given decision with our current administration. Fine. However, it has been 10 days (business days) since my order and I am asking for a refund to customer service and my request has not been granted. what is worse, I offered to refuse the item whenever it finally arrives so that they have their product back at their warehouse... or give me a return label for when the item gets here. I want a refund and I do not like writing a negative review but someone needs to reach out to refund me my order and they can keep their product. I no longer want it but I do want my money back.

Fraudulent business practices. I specifically Unchecked the $5.95 optional warranty on a bottle of leather repair and yet they charged me anyway. Poor customer service experience when I called them about it and no reply to my email means I've since reported this to my credit card company.

I ordered a dog leash for $19.99. It took over a month to receive and I was billed $29.99 on 12/27/24 instead of the $19.99 shown on my original invoice. The charge appeared from Seronline rather than Vernier. Today while reviewing my credit card statement I discovered that I had been charged another $29.99 on 1/26/25. I went online to research and found that I had been charged a third time. I called Seronline and was told that it was set up as a recurring charge. I told them what had happened and they said that they would reverse all charges and issue me a refund. I then attempted to contact Verniershop.com but was unable to do so because they never answered and could not leave a message because the mailbox was full.

I bought a phone screen repair kit for a cracked screen. First, right after I used my credit card on their site I started getting phishing emails, and fraudulent charges on that card. Then it took them weeks for the product to arrive. Worst of all, it was a terrible product. Not even a phone screen repair kit, it was a windshield repair kit that ruined my phone screen.

The quality control needs improvement. I ordered a mat and it had a weird smell that took days to fade. It's fine now, but that was frustrating at first.
