Poor quality product. Dog toy that appears to have started as a baby toy but probably changed as pieces come off easily (choking hazard) but dogs can get them off and eat them, too. Looks like an Everlasting Gobstopper and dogs loved it. Would not purchase again.

STAY AWAY FROM VERNIERSHOP.COM!!! Just another Chinese shill company. American flags all over their website. The same story as TEMU, Chinese $hit masquerading as an American Company. Charged me for a “lifetime warranty” that you can’t avoid and is useless for an $18.00 hummingbird feeder that was supposed to be in the mail in 5 days. It’s been days and still no sign of the feeder. When you call the number on their website, some incredibly rude person answers and sends a repetitive email that the product is in route! Pure B.S.!! Just got a call from AmEx that these scumbags tried to add THREE NEW charges to my card for $39.99, under the name of VENSTORE and two more under the name of AUTHCAPTURE. These people REALLY SUCK!! ‘F’ the CCP!!!

I purchased a product from this company. During the checkout process, they tacked on an warranty plan that was impossible to decline. After contacting them, they issued a refund for the warranty. I received my product and was satisfied with it until I saw a second charge for $29.99 a couple weeks later. I contacted them and they claimed it was a "membership offer" that one had to decline when one made the original purchase. This makes no sense as the product was a beauty tool that I would have no need to ever purchase again. I also think it is no coincidence that I had another incident of fraud on my card for the very first time just shortly after. Time will tell whether I have to just cancel my credit card...

I got a faulty item, and when I contacted them for a return, I was tossed around. Highly frustrating experience

The product I ordered stooped working after just a few uses. I had high hopes, but it turned out to be a waste of money.

I placed an order, and before it was complete, they tried to add on a $5.95 "insurance, etc" policy for the shipment. I kept clicking on NO THANKS but the order wouldn't go through. After the 5th or 6th time, it went through with the $5.95 added on! My bank had already tried to block the first charge, which was the item I was actually ordering. I wish I had stopped there. But I allowed the first charge to go through. When I saw the total and it included the $5.95 insurance, I wanted to cancel the whole thing. I called the number on the website and got the RUDEST, MOST HATEFUL person I have ever encountered in all my years of ordering online. I told her she didn't need to be rude and she almost yelled that she wasn't! I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said one was not available. I finished the call, finding the order numbers she asked for, and she was still rude the entire time. She asked if there was anything else, I said No, thank you and she hung up on me. What a black eye for this company. The most upsetting thing is their tag line says "American Owned and Operated." I tried to support another company than Amazon, but at least they are honest in their transactions.

Have sent two messages through their website contact form, two phone calls, an email to two different email addresses for the company to request info prior to making a purchase over a three day period. No responses to any messages sent, and the two phone calls resulting in being told they did not know the dimensions of the product I inquired about. Dimensions not listed on their site.

SCAM SCAM SCAM this company Vernier Shop AKA seronline.co are just thieves. They sell you something and keep charging your card. I called them 3 times and no refund even though they said they would. I have to go through My bank and we'll see if I get it. Don't buy from these thieves.
