I ordered two realistic plastic ferns for $90.00 from the Veniershop which were pictured on their website. Today I received my purchase, 2 plastic fern branches that I could have bought in Walmart for $10.00. I thought M&T declined the order but it went through. Fortunately, M&T closed my Credit Card after this order. Do Not Order from this company as the money is collected by a scam company.

They are a total scam. Claim to be American but product came from China. They make you take insurance on the shipping. They then charge you a couple weeks later for a subscription. They claim they will cancel it and issue a refund. Stay away from them.

Company sent me a fake item. Their website claims it’s coming from North Carolina…it shipped from china. Tried emailing customer service to cancel the item, they never responded Took forever to get here. Tried calling customer service only to have her hang up 3 times. Terrible company. They are a scam and will try to steal your money and make you pay for returning the item they clearly misrepresented.

Terrible packaging. The box was crushed, and the item inside was damaged beyond use. Very frustrating experience.

Stay away from this company. Bought a cat harness. Only comes in one size, it's cheap, and it doesn' t fit. Returns? Sure, but they have to approve the return first — and then you get an email explaining that you can keep the item and they'll send a 50% refund. Or return it and get 100%, minus a 15 percent "restocking" fee. AND THEN, about a week later, the company tried to charge my card TWICE for $39.99 each time, and because they did it twice, only one of the transactions was flagged by my bank and was canceled. The other one went through. And they say they're in North Carolina, but they're not. They're in China, and they will steal your money.

My card was fraudulently charged. I tried speaking with them twice to resolve the charges. They were rude and hung up several times. My cc company flagged the charges and are now handling the matter. Don’t buy from this company!
