Its so stylish, perf for my wfh set up

A very expensive desk was delivered, obviously repackaged (presumably from previous rejection). Vernal asked me to continue to unbox and report any problems. Which I did. Problems arose during assembly because the holes to connect desktop pieces did not match up. Video clearly showing problem. was provided. It took 3’days for Vernal to decide to resend. Obviously that was the reason the item Was previously returned. Item was sent to me regardless. It’s been a couple of days, I still have not received the replacement parts. (Day 12 since order). Also on day 2 since order, I requested replacement parts (electric wires provided with item were damaged, my fault, not Vernals). I offered to pay for the replacement parts. After 10 days since initial request (and several repeated request), all requests for proces k. replacement parts have gone unanswered. Vernal is non-responsive. Vernal has also sent me duplicate items not ordered. I’m sure they are expensive, but they seem unaware of their mistake. They literally are operating with complete cluelessness and incompetence at all levels: Design of product (cannot assemble according to instructions), operation (getting the right products to right customer), customer service (non-responsiveness to repeated requests - I count 27 emails (not including shipping confirmations)back and forth over 15 days. I spent $1600 for this desk. It is all wasted. Do business with Vernal, you will loose your money. ———- Update: Vernal Customer service reached out and offered to replace the (large and expensive) parts that they agreed were not manufactured correctly. They sent the parts, and but they (the replacement parts) have the same manufacturing defect. Now I have hundreds of pounds of worthless junk that I have to pay to get rid off.

Loved the quality of desk

Everything arrived in perfect condition and FAST! Said 2-4 weeks, but got within a couple days! Saw many reviews on poor packaging. They must've revamped their packaging because all of my products were very well protected with foam, corners and extra padding. Everything arrived in perfect condition! Got the l-executive standing desk, file drawer cabinet, and multiple accessories.

I wanted to use the chair for a while before I reviewed it so I could give honest feedback. It was easy to assemble. Very reasonably priced. Great functionality. One of the few chairs that I have seen where the seat pad is adjustable forward and back. Comfortable. Many settings that make it incredibly ergonomic. I was worried about the quality of the chair because of a few reviews that I read but to be honest I am pleasantly surprised by how great the chair is. I was looking to completely redo my home office and needed to find the right furniture for all of my needs. Size and functionality and price were important and so was everything matching. I'm the type of person that researches everything in detail. When I found Vernal, it seemed to meet all of my needs.

When my order came it was missing all the screws and bolts which sucked. But they got the hardware to me in a few days and gave me a nice refund for the inconvenience. So happy in the end.
