I bought several complete office sets. Yes, it was hard to finally get all the pieces delivered, and no, they won't have a live conversation with you, but all that is beside the point. The bottom drawers are useless for filing. They're pretty but they don't work. For all Vernal pieces in all offices in my workplace, the built-in, nonadjustable side rails on the bottom filing drawers are too close to the top of the drawers for them to slide open and closed properly. The hanging files are low enough, but the drawer tears up all your 3-tab folders inside them as you force it. If you use plastic label holders directly on the hanging files, it tears those off and breaks them too. Mine were professionally assembled and after they didn't work I checked over the instructions and there is no other possible way the pieces can physically fit together. IMO, Vernal sold me some aesthetically pleasing bad product. That said, all our electric, sit/stand desks work beautifully, are a joy to have, and proven to be well worth the money. EDIT: Raising to 3 stars because I feel they are sincere in their response and they took the time to understand the issue I wrote about.
