I couldn't be happier with my experience with Vernal. From the start, the overall quality of the desk has been exceptional. The build is rock-solid, incredibly sturdy, and smooth in operation. What truly set Vernal apart for me, however, was their customer support. During a recent move, I accidentally misplaced a few essential hardware parts for the desk (connector panels). I reached out to their support team hoping to purchase replacements, but to my pleasant surprise, they sent out free replacement parts right away. It's rare to find a company that delivers both a great product and genuine care for their customers. Vernal has earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great desk!

Purchased an L-shaped executive desk, and later, a modular bookcase set. Quality on both products met my expectations. Contents were packaged well (hard for shippers to damage), and instructions were relatively easy to follow. They included extras of hardware in case of any issues. A single panel from the bookcase set arrived slightly damaged and Vernal replaced the piece quickly and easily. Highly recommend.

Great quality, very impressive.

My order was big which included the executive L-shaped desk with privacy panel with all the accessories, two small bookcases and one large bookcase. Also added on the small filing cabinet and the short long filing cabinet. Hired somebody to put it together took them all day 20 boxes showed up at my office. I absolutely love my Vernal desk. I looked everywhere for the perfect solution and I could not be happier. Customer service has been superb.

My desk came damaged and I contacted Vernal and they sent out a new desk right away, they were also messaging daily to make sure everything was fine and the customer support are so easy to get in touch with and were super helpful. The new desk looks fantastic, I can't recommend this company enough - the engineering of the desk for putting together is 10/10 too!

I ordered several items. The exec desk, bookshelf, storage units and the accessories. The delivery was prompt (2-3 days) and well organised (received a summary of delivery status email which was updated every time a unit was received - excellent). Building the desk was straightforward and the materials look & feel great. The other units were also very good quality - nice touch to have the integrated light in the bookshelf. The height adjustment is smooth and powerful. It comfortably supports a Samsung Neo 49”. Really pleased! I highly recommend Vernal.

Excellent product, instructions and customer service. Only niggle was the desk came in multiple packages and shipments.
