Quick shipping time, very well packaged to insure integrity of the product, easy to follow instructions, and able to assemble it in a timely fashion. Desk is strong, sturdy, and great long-lasting quality. Would definitely recommend!

Great product, worth the money.

I love my executive L desk. I sit at it, raise it for certain meetings, the style, literally everything about it. It does come in 5 different boxes and it takes time to assemble. A lot of time, so be ready for that. The filing cabinet and lateral file I had to consult customer service on. They were really elegant looking and matched the desk perfectly. But, If you use them for hanging files (the purpose) you are not going to be able to have tabs on the hanging files and close the cabinet. The tabs get in the way. If you look closely at the pictures, the files have no tabs. It’s a real shame. Customer service was excellent and took care of me. So 5 stars for the desk and -1 star for the lateral file and filing cabinet.

The product is being shipped in pieces but it's not clear what part is being shipped. Also the shipping information refers to a company that's unknown to me without direct reference to the Vernal products ordered. That can be clearly stated in the shipping information: product and brand name and which part is shipped.

The standing desk is of great quality. Much better than I've expected. Definitely to recommend.

The shipping speed and quality of the materials are great; however, the response time from customer service in getting a quote and then a modified quote was so unreasonably long that I missed an opportunity to use grant funding for the purchase and had to wait for a new cycle to apply for funding again. If I wasn't approved the second time, I wouldn't have been able to make the purchase which would've been a loss to your company in addition to mine. I even advised the customer service team of the deadline, and it still didn't speed up the process. There's no reason it should take longer than a day or two to prepare or modify a quote. Luckily, all other customer service was excellent, the shipping speed was extremely fast, and the quality of the materials made the wait worth it in the end, although inconvenient.

The desk is great. All the materials seems high quality and it was really easy to put together. Unfortunately the desk top was damaged during shipping but I reached out to Vernal and they offered to replace it for free or a partial refund of $152. Since I need the desk for work I went ahead and took the partial refund. Other than that small item though it is a great desk and I would highly recommend it.
