Technician very nice. Fast and efficient! Satisfied with internet but a little disappointed with the digital box. Didn't know you don't get a guide or menu with that box.

I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from the Verizon agent. She was extremely nice, knowledge, and professional. She made me feel comfortable switching from Xfinity to Verizon Fios with no hesitation.

I was very pleased with the rep who arranged my plan on the phone, named Bob, who patiently answered all my questions, of which I had many, and set me up with the plan I needed. I was very pleased with being able to easily switch the time of my installation from a.m. to p.m. on the same day when a change in my schedule made that necessary for me. Excellent service.

The agent provided good service. However, she needs to slow down when explaining certain things. At times she sounded rehersed as if she was reading off a paper. At times when I asked her a follow up questions, she sounded annoyed. She just needs to work on her tone a bit and not sounding rehersed. She also needs to slow down when explaining disclaimers etc. But overall she did a good job.

Rep was excellent, very pleasing conversation......
