Excellent service! Both technicians were knowledgeable and helpful.

I was very satisfied with Christopher, he explained everything in a clear manner and took his time with me.

Caroline Did an excellent job, her customer service skills are amazing. she went above and beyond with us trying to make sure we got the best deal and even went out of her way to call us back at a more convenient time!! She absolutely rocks!! Thanks so much for saving us over 100 dollars monthly!!!

Matthew was an awesome guy to speak to. He was very helpful is helping me get a great service for me

My customer service rep explained everything to me and helped me with the price I wanted and with the services I needed with great ease. He was also very professional helpful and had outstanding customer service skills. I wanted to adopt him!!! Keep up the great work and service.

Girllllll I'm gonna get you. I called to get a quote. The friendliness of the rep had me purchase a bundle. Very professional and personable. I work in customer service and I hope I come off the way she did on the other side of the phone. From the moment she answered the phone it was like I was setting up service with a friend. Thanks. I already know Verizon Internet service is phenomenal, now I get to check out the bundle. This will not be the last you hear from me............. :-)

Verizon Fios customer service (800-837-4966) is the WORST I have ever had to deal with. I am exhausted and upset after every call. WILL NOT be renewing my contract because of this.

Wonderful service
