VerizonReviews of verizon.net

Gabbie was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, understanding and when she could see that the 56 year old Veteran she was helping was completely clueless on the technology of his new phone she was capable of dumbing it down enough for me to get a basic grip on how to work this NASA device. I need it to ring when someone calls and that call not to be some d-bag selling car warranties. Those calls are blocked now from India along with all the other Bozo spam calls. Did I mention Gabbie friggin ROCKS man??!!!

The had a great recent experience with their customer service. I know sometimes it depends on who the person is helping you but they did their job and then some this time. I’m extremely happy.

Went into the new Verizon store on 528 in Rio Rancho and jean took care of me she was really awesome then Tyler the manager came over and introduced himself I felt really comfortable and it was way nicer than the other stores I have visited and oh yeah no unnecessary hidden charges to make an extra buck give these guys a chance 5 star rating is justified mention that Cee sent u and that we still need that Christmas party to rock them out and get recognized ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Verizon is the only carrier for me. I've been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years and I recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks on cellular service.

Always ready to help

I love this service. I get awesome coverage, I have a reasonably priced plan, loveit, love it, love it!

I have been a Verizon customer since before they were Verizon, having been a customer of one of the companies they bought out. I have never tried any other company for my cell phones and service because I learned through other people's mistakes that Verizon is at the top of the pyramd.
