We upgraded our Verizon plan and customer, without asking, service rep offered us 2 new iPhones in exchange for our current iPhones. We agreed to transaction, Verizon charged our credit card for the tax, but would not ship the new phones. They put the shipment on hold. Told us to go our nearest Verizon store and complete the deal. The Verizon store would not honor the deal. This is fraud. Still waiting for credit for the tax charge. Verizon customer for over 20 years. UPDATE, finally able to talk to a supervisor, who is honoring the original agreement and crediting us for the inconvenience.

We've had Verizon for years! We purchased the IPHONE from them, but the next week a new one came out, and they didn't inform us of that!

I have both Verizon and AT&T. Surprisingly the internet is better on AT&T (in Dallas).
