I have been with Verizon now for 10 months. I have had to call customer service 7 of those months which takes 30-45 minutes every time because they consistently overcharge me. It eventually gets resolved but I literally have to do it almost every month and take time out of work. It also ends up in an argument. I had one service interruption/late fee which is my fault but they tried charging me 3 jmonths in a row for it. It is beyiond believable . As I type I have been on holkd for 34 minutes as they "are looking into my billing issue "this month

Do not use Verizon Business for your…
Do not use Verizon Business for your phone service EVER! After cancelling our account they owed us $175.00. It has been more than 60 days with still no refund. Upon many phone calls, AI transfer after transfer, never a real human pick up and ending with an onine chat, we were informed that it would be refunded to us in the form of a card. Not even a refund check. I wonder how they would like all their payments to show up in prepaid cards 60 days after the due date?
Absolute worst phone company on the planet.

Explore Other Options Over Verizon Business
My company used Verizon Business Class and everything about this experience was simply exhausting and extremely costly. We were repetitively lied to by one customer service representative after another about various issues. It is sufficient to say that these guys, if you are operating a business, you absolutely want to stay far away from. Terrible customer service, terrible infrastructure. Nothing good to say about Verizon Business (NO) Class.

I have been a loyal Verizon customer…
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for almost 10 years, and throughout most of that time, I have had a very positive experience. I chose Verizon because I expected reliable service, strong customer support, and the best overall experience.
Unfortunately, since around April of this year, my experience has changed significantly. I have experienced ongoing technical issues with my service and have contacted Verizon multiple times trying to get the situation resolved. After troubleshooting, I was informed that there was an issue with a tower in or around my ZIP code, 06770, that was affecting my service.
I understand that technical problems can happen. What has been disappointing is how the situation has been handled afterward. I have had tickets opened, been told that someone would follow up with me, and then never received the promised follow-up. After being a Verizon customer for nearly 10 years and maintaining almost nine lines with the company, I expected better communication and, at the very least, some acknowledgment or consideration for the extended period of poor service.
I have continued to pay my bill and remain a loyal customer. If a customer is late or short on a payment, Verizon is quick to enforce its policies. I believe that loyalty should work both ways. When a long-term customer experiences prolonged service problems that Verizon has acknowledged, there should be some effort to make that customer feel valued.
I currently have one of Verizon's highest-end phones, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, along with what I consider to be one of the best plans Verizon offers. I have invested a significant amount of money and loyalty into this company over the years. Unfortunately, the recent decline in customer service and communication has left me extremely disappointed.
At this point, I am seriously considering moving my lines to AT&T. It is honestly disappointing to even be considering that after nearly 10 years with Verizon, but customers should not feel taken for granted.
I am not writing this simply to complain. I am writing because I genuinely hope someone at Verizon—especially someone in leadership—takes the time to read this, review my account and the documented service tickets, and understand why a long-term customer has reached this level of frustration.
Verizon has been my provider for almost a decade. I would much rather see Verizon make this right than leave, but right now, I do not feel that my loyalty has been valued.
0 stars from me based on my current experience.

I've been a customer for 25 years
I've been a customer for 25 years. I just got off the phone with what I can only hope is AI. It was unhelpful assuming the racist and spoke to me as if I was uneducated or not worthy being a customer. Thanks Verizon it's been a long haul, but to the curb you go.
