Someone was doing fraud (had me paying for their phone service) on my brand new phone . When Daniel, (the Manager of the Fort Walton Beach,FL BealPkwy store deactivated the fraud person's phone, he deactivated my phone. Because their acct was connected to my line. I got disconnected. After my many visits to that store to get it fixed, I was finally told, it could not be fixed...I told that Mgr, Daniel I was out the cost of a new phone, set up fee AND paid phone service I could never use. I said to that Mgr "I have nothing now because you broke everythimg." He agreed. HE AGREED. He even said Verizon owes me....I sent him and Verizon NY headquarters my receipts. Neither Daniel in his corporate store nor the Verizon New York headquarters responded. There is NOONE to help you. Verizon workers disappear when theyve caused bad problems for you. They just disappear, even when they say they owe you. That was in the summer of 2023 that the Fort Walton Bch Mgr and New York Headquarters refused to help, refused to answer letters. It is now 1 week away from 2024 and they have disappeared. During this duration, I made phone calls to many Verizon phone numbers that are just recordings. NEVER GO WITH VERIZON. NEVER EVER GO WITH VERIZON. THERE IS NOONE TO HELP WHEN THEY FAIL YOU. JUST LOOK AT ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS. Verizon is a place of despicable workers and very poor reviews.

I have additional charges on my bill that through the automated service tells me its tax charges for a line on my account. A line on my account that was cancelled two months ago. When I spoke to a live person who was rude, she stated she didn't show those charges on my account. I told her well they are on my bill and your automated service also identified these additional charges. Without another word from her I got put on hold. BTW all this took 25 minutes on the line waiting for a live agent. I sat on hold with dead air for another 10 minutes and eventually hung up with my problem unresolved. I cringe every time I have to deal with Verizon. Undoubtably the worst at customer service!

Horrible company. Perhaps classic bloated company that I cannot believe I’m a customer. So a new phone app. I downloaded and cannot consistently log in. Old app still works.

This is about the Verizon stores my experience all they care about is making a sale they do not care if you cannot afford paying for those expensive phones that they sell I tried getting the latest Samsung phone and I was specifically was told they do not sell them because it's too low quality phone Verizon should think on changing their policy and have phones that people can pay for instead of having phones that people cannot afford paying for ..they do not like answering questions I try and asking a few questions and all the salesman was caring about was making a sale that's the only thing the salesman cared about ..be aware the only thing that they only care about is making a sale at Verizon stores this has happened to me at more than one store

Horrible supervisor, used other employees to have me terminated wrongfully! This person was previously terminated from help in rochester. Was sent to Pittsburgh and stupidly rehired them promoted to a high ranking position!

Wow, I don't even know where to start. We moved to the US and were told that we would need new phones as ours would not be accepted by their service. Which actually wasn't true as the SIM cards did work in our mobiles as well. When we wanted to switch to pre-paid contracts, same discussion again and that we would need to buy new phones from them. To make it quick - went to T-Mobile. They would actually accept our phones, BUT we got four new phones for nothing anyway! Two iphone 15 and two Galaxy S23. For free - no monthly payments! Furthermore Netflix, Apple TV+ etc on them as well. And the guy also gave me a T-Mobile home Wifi Set to try out. I did, it is working and now I am also paying 70 bucks less for Wifi (Good bye Cox!).

They can go out of business. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, (?)RUDE, IGNORANT PEOPLE WHO CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO HELP A CUSTOMER. HAVE 2 PHONES WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY. TIME TO SWITCH CARRIERS.

hours and hours later, they can't find my phone number so the port and switch to their wireless service cost me my phone number and so much time. I tried to switch from AT&T and have now been without a phone or text ability for 2 days. They can't find my phone number in their system even though they took it from AT&T and that service was shut off. Their solution, call them - I have explained to obtuse people 13 times that I can't make or receive calls or texts. Thank a whole heap Verizon - useless!
