For years I have had other carriers because Verizons unlimited plan was just a little too heavy on my pockets. Luckily I went to the right store at the perfect time. I went to Verizon's Ontario Mills location and King literally treated us like family! I love being able to trust people in their work place! This was the first time seeing someone take their time out to really walk me through selecting a phone that wasn't the "new iPhone". His great customer service has assured Verizon a new loyal customer!

I really like their innovative products and their 5 star savings.

No issues with my Verizon cell phone. Not fancy very economical flip phone. Verizon called a few years ago and wanted to lower my phone bill????? So I went to the Verizon store and they did it, lowered my bill. And it has been the same ever since. Never any billing issues unlike ATT. Verizon has my vote for Excellence.
