Second time I have tried WiFi. First time, the WiFi router failed after 90 days. Many, many attempts to get it repaired were unsuccessful. Now, several years later, tried again. This time, it won’t authenticate. First effort to fix with customer service representative failed. Second attempt via chat, rep couldn’t fix. Referred to tech support, who never answered.

I'm currently a Verizon Customer who has had multiple billing issues with Verizon and filed several FCC complaints. Supposedly one was resolved, but after it was resolved all of my discounts including the customer loyalty discount was removed making my monthly internet bill unaffordable. I just requested my case with the FCC be reopened because this is straight up retaliation on Verizons part. Discounts aren't only applied for less than 1 month then just removed. What a joke, talk about deceptive billing practices. Unfortunately they're the only Internet service available where I live which is a Monopoly (also illegal) to my understanding. I'm hoping the FCC does a proper investigation and encourage others to follow suit and contact the FCC if they've had any sort of issues with Verizon.

My bill is always higher than expected, and their customer service is terrible. I’ve called multiple times for issues, and all they do is put me on hold forever or give me the runaround. They don’t care about loyal customers at all. Worst experience ever.

The word trust and Verizon will never appear in the same sentence unless the hyphen anti is in front of it. Just one of the largest companies with a "FU" give us your money or get lost attitude. We have a million more customers to extort. you make no difference! 20 years of shit and they still use the same FU polices!

Regarding new internet service I was bait and switched to a much higher plan than I signed up for.

Worst company ever. Been with them for 30 years and they offered me a special deal which included upgrading my plan, buying a new phone and getting a free 75" TV. After I got the phone, more and more time went by and still no TV. I called numerous times and got a different story each time, but was always told that it would be here soon. Finally on the last call I was told that the original agent made a mistake and I had to go up to yet another phone plan in order to get the TV. Total bait and switch. I just changed to a new company today. Verizon is dishonest and the customer service is HORRIBLE!

Terrible. We were switching to Consumer Cellular because our bill kept getting higher and higher. It took over 2 hours to get 4 phones ported over. 3 separate phone calls and finally talking to a manager. We ported our 2 main phones, then Verizon locked the remaining 2 and wouldn’t let them get ported over since there was no primary line left. It was just a vicious circle. One of their techs suggested we port one of our lines back and create a brand new account and they’d try to associate them together so we could unlock our 2 remaining ones. I was ready to give up and let them keep the 2 remaining lines and start over with new ones. They finally let us talk with a supervisor and about 30 minutes later we were able to complete the transaction. It seems their way of customer retention is to make it too hard to leave do you give up and pay what they ask. Our new plan costs less than half of what our bill was on Verizon.

I would give Verizon 0 stars if I could. Avoid using Verizon if you can. Worst customer service!!!!!!
