I am visiting from the U.K. My son has just started at NYU so we visited the Broadway branch to buy a US plan for his iPhone. Josh the store manager was exceptional; he explained the options and costs clearly, helped my son to qualify for a student discount and went the extra mile to ensure all our queries were answered. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Finally found a person at a phone store in Myrtle Beach, SC ,who knew a whole lot about iphone problems, his name was Jamal Tucker. Gotta say, Verizon has been a whole lot better for us than ATT which was awful in every possible way. I've also found the verizon phone help line much easier to deal with than lots of companies, less annoying and again, the people actually seem to know stuff.

Verizon has given me good service and it has been very reliable for my Fios connection. Service is fast and responsive, but it does cost more.

Went to the Verizon store located 46-105 Murabella Pkwy #8 St Augustine Fl The agent named GARRISON was outstanding, He knew how to fix my issue..a rare thing today..Christopher Bradshaw is the manager of that store..5 stars for him and that location for hiring the right staff. Highly recommended...

I wanted to send a shout out to Aladdin at the Verizon store at Arrowhead Town Center.. He helped me transfer my old phone to the new phone.. This is my work phone.. I went to the same store the day before and some guy I do not remember his name was a jerk.. he told me I would have to download all my own work apps I am not computer savvy so I was not happy so this guy proceeded to download my personal phone on my work phone..Not a good thing at all. - as this was not working well for me.. I went the next day and Aladdin helped me transfer all my work information to the work phone.. Thanks so much Aladdin.. I hope your coworker learns to be much better in customer service.
