Terrible service.hot approved
Terrible service.hot approved. Then told I needed to verify my identity, I did. Then called, to have some representative make the decision to cancel my order. If this is how the treat a new client, I can only imagine how they treat their clients locked in.

This is the WORST cell service company…
This is the WORST cell service company I have EVER used. Do not do it. Save yourself. I have had to call 47 times this year. Thats a low number because I didn't have the time to invest in all the calls I needed to make to them every call was an hour long!!! They lie and thats just the agents that care what you think. Most of them dont bother to lie because they dont care. My bill hasn't been right, not one single time. They tricked me into the internet package. The internet sucks! And there is a 36 mo commitment they lie about. I switched from ATT because I thought they were too expensive. The torment i have been through isnt worth the few dollars you'll save. I went to the store on Dayton Blvd in Chattanooga and a girl named Katie I believe it was lied like a dog. Let me start from the beginning...she signed me up, told me my cell bill would be $70 per month and the internet was $40. Not one fing time have I paid 110 dollars. 157, 148, you name it. She also said, you can try the internet. Bring it back any time if you dont like it. Bs. It's 36 month commitment as soon as you walk out the door. Oh, and the internet sucks! It has impacted my business and my sanity. They DO.NOT.CARE. As a business owner I would hate myself if I knew I only had customers because they could not find escape me. Att was better, Cricket was better in the 90s. Service is patchy, internet doesnt work, the employees are liars...not one single thing about this pos company is good. If I sound angry, I am. It's been the worst product experience of my entire life. That says a lot since I am 52. I hate this company. OH, I almost forgot to add I had to drive almost an hour away to get my phone because they didn't bother to tell me till all the papers were signed that they were out of everything. Just dont do it. Try t mobile or a pay as you go. And whatever you do DO NOT GET THE INTERNET. You have been fairly warned. I wish I had read some reviews. I had their service in the early 2000's. Trust, its not the same anymore smh :(

Three Hours Ten Transfers Zero Solutions
Three Hours. Ten Transfers. Zero Solutions.
I have never experienced customer service this frustrating and incompetent.
I spent three hours trying to resolve a vehicle Wi-Fi issue with Verizon. During that time, I was transferred approximately 10 times, disconnected at least three times, and forced to repeat the same basic information to nearly every representative: What is your name, and what is your phone number?
Let that sink in. Three hours of my time, approximately 10 transfers, multiple disconnected calls, and not a single person was able to resolve my issue. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, each representative seemed content to pass me along to someone else, forcing me to start the process all over again.
Eventually, after hours of repeating myself and getting absolutely nowhere, I gave up out of sheer frustration. Not because my issue was resolved, but because Verizon’s customer service made it clear that my time was not a priority.
This is not customer service. It is an exercise in frustration and a complete failure of accountability.
Verizon is a major telecommunications company, and customers should reasonably expect trained representatives, an organized support process, and someone willing to take responsibility for resolving an issue. Instead, I was left with a problem that remained unresolved after three hours of my time.
I am posting this review because this experience deserves more than another apology and a scripted response asking me to contact customer service. I have already spent three hours trying to do exactly that.
Verizon, I don’t need another transfer. I need someone to take ownership, investigate what happened, and actually fix the problem.

I just called because Starz is off the…
I just called because Starz is off the air. I asked how much of a credit I would get on my next bill. They said it was part of my package I chose. In other words, if I get 2 channels or 242 channels, I pay the same price. They have you coming or going.

Bad company for any service
We have been waiting for our gift cards to pay off T Mobile since February! Worst thing we ever did was switch to Verizon. Worst customer service we have ever experienced! We are now in collections with T Mobile because we were lied to by Verizon. I dont recommend Verizon to anyone! I am going to go to channel 12 if this is not resolved to see what they say...it won't be good! I hope you get bought out by another Mobile company because you dont deserve even a one star!

Customer Service Nightmare
Three weeks, three failed attempts, approximately 11–14 hours with customer service, and a day off work—and I’m still using a defective phone.
What should have been a straightforward warranty replacement became one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a major company.
First, a representative ordered the wrong device. A second representative ordered the correct phone, but instead of processing a warranty replacement, added a new line of service to my account without my authorization. I took a day off work to sign for that delivery, only to discover what had actually been ordered.
On the third attempt, I was sent to a Verizon store to pick up the replacement. The appointment had been scheduled, but the replacement order had never been sent to the store.
In total, I’ve spent approximately 8–10 hours on chat and another 3–4 hours on the phone. Three weeks later, the original problem remains unresolved, and my confidence in Verizon is gone.
If you’re considering Verizon, consider how much your time is worth—and what happens when you need support. In my experience, even a basic warranty replacement resulted in repeated errors, an unauthorized account change, and hours of effort without a resolution.
