This review is only for the Verzon in Culver City, on Jefferson, near Target. This review has nothing to do with Phone Verizon customer care--they suck. This is about this one store in Culver City, in the Target shopping area on Jefferson. My phone needed to be replaced. I did my research and decided what I wanted. I walked in and got lucky with the most wonderful salesman. His photo is below. Wait for him to take care of you. He went through all the features of my new phone and put everything from the phone I was tossing into the new one. All of my photos, everything. I told him I was not good with phones and had little understanding so I wanted him to do it all, even put my wallpaper back on. He was patient and kind and explained things to me more than once and then showed me. He suggested other apps I should download and did that for me as well. He did everything I asked and more. I wanted earbuds--know nothing about them and he showed me how to use them, what would be best for me and I bought them. I also bought everything else he thought I would need and I love my new case. He was so nice and paid attention to me, not my know it all husband. He helped me. He was so great. He is the only way I will deal with again, so give the guy a raise. I wish I could recall his names, but I forgot. But he is adorable. He spent over an hour with me and never rushed me when he saw I was confused.

I had a problem with an equipment return and a charge appeared on my bill for that equipment - a very high amount. Once I got through to customer service, the Verizon representative was able to check the inventory of equipment, found the item I was being charged for, and resolved the problem. Prior to that, I was very upset, all night. I had thought the service/installer who replaced my equipment and took the stuff I don't use with him hadn't returned it to Verizon, and I was prepared to consult an attorney. But in the morning, when the customer service stations opened up and i was able to speak with a real human being, the issue was resolved. The item (a cable box) was sitting on a shelf waiting to be inventoried. He noted on my account, corrected the amount and because I have been a customer for over 15 years, gave me a 12-month discount on my bill which is greatly appreciated. Last night, I was so upset I thought I might have a stroke (I've had one before) and was afraid to go to sleep but I can now rest easy. Thank you Verizon for resolving this and even going one better with the billing adjustments. I really do appreciate it.

Nicole, who works in customer support for Verizon, was a great help to me today in figuring out my bill. She is very professional, very friendly and a pure joy to talk to. Employee's like Nicole not only add to Verizon's reputation, but she enhances it as well.

I'm receiving Verizon 5G Home Internet as well as a Verizon Wireless plan for about $130 a month which is a steal compared to Spectrum. In my area Verizon is the best in terms of cellular coverage as well. The autopay discount also saves me $20 a month.

Eric, Customer Service at the Homosassa, Fl store is the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answers all the questions! He quickly found an answer to our concerns, and addressed them thoroughly. Excellent attitude. We do not like going into the store because of poor attitudes in the past, but Eric did a superb job and we actually didn't mind going in. Verizon doesn't always do a good job, but at least they hired someone that could and did. Thank you, Eric!

We went to the Woods Cross Verizon Store and Dallin helped us with a very difficult situation getting our new phones synched with the proper account. After hours on the phone with customer help we finally gave up and went to the store for person to person help. Dallin worked through many layers of management to solve the problem and was patient and calm! Thanks Dallin!!!
