If I could give negative stars I would…. Constant buffering and completely unhelpful customer service"I am completely done with Verizon. The service is incredibly spotty, and I can barely stream a video without constant buffering and loading screens. Every single time I call customer service, they tell me to unplug everything and plug it back in. It never works. To make it worse, they just claim 'nothing is wrong on their end' and refuse to actually help us find a real fix. Save yourself the headache and go with Brightspeed instead—it is so much better."

Customer beware with Verizon
I went on the Verizon app for another unexpected bill increase and was offered a no trade upgrade on my phone. I did not inquire about an upgrade and have no intention of letting my phone go for personal reasons. I confirmed and reconfirmed with the agent that no trade was required and there would be no change to my bill besides one time activation fee and taxes. I screenshot several recaps and confirmations of the conversation because Verizon is never straightforward. I looked at my bill before activating my new, no trade in upgrade and spent the next 90 minutes being told in another chat I wasn't eligible for a no trade upgrade even though they saw the last chat and called it a miscommunication when I was clearly lied to by a chat including a supervisor. Bye Verizon, but please confirm my review because you are training people to lie to your customers. I have the conversation screenshots and I took them because it wasn;t the first time. Just the last time. Why isn't zero stars an option?

Signed up one week ago with Verizon
Signed up one week ago with Verizon. No phones worked after switching. My daughter who is in college had to drive over an hour away twice to get her phone to work! A week later and two phones still cannot receive calls. I've made two more trips and many phone calls! Not much choice in phone coverage here. Would not recommend ! Would give 0 stars if possible !

Verizon wifi is ruining my life
Verizon wifi is ruining my life. All I have is an i pad and I am lucky if I can get enough wifi to watch youtube or a movie on it. For the last 15 nights I have had to call Verizon to try to get a boost over the phone. Otherwise my i pad is a blank youtube page. If their automated system works, which is unusual, then I get a boost and can watch. But if I get unlucky enough to get a live person on the phone, I know I am in trouble. They just hang up. Tonight for example, I called 3 times and 3 times the person who answered hung up on me. How is this allowed? Why don’t they try to help you? Nobody at Verizon works or cares about the customer. I believe that tomorrow I will be asking around for a better service provider. Verizon is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and the nastiest people on the planet.

This has been
This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
For several months, I tried to have two Verizon devices SIM unlocked after meeting Verizon's stated eligibility requirements. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of frustration.
During that time I experienced:
Countless hours spent on chat and phone support.
Being transferred between multiple departments.
Repeating the same information over and over again.
Multiple representatives asking the exact same questions despite the answers already being documented.
Conflicting information and changing explanations.
Multiple promises that the issue had been expedited or would be resolved "today."
Repeated chat interruptions, forcing me to start over.
Being told the unlock team was working on both IMEI numbers, only to receive no resolution.
Being asked to perform a factory reset as the final troubleshooting step, which I completed exactly as instructed.
After the factory reset, both devices remained SIM locked.
The most frustrating part was not the technical issue itself—it was the complete lack of ownership and accountability. I repeatedly received apologies and promises, but very little actual progress. Hours of my personal and business time were wasted while I was led to believe the issue was being actively resolved.
As a business owner, my time has value. The amount of time Verizon required me to invest in something that should have taken minutes was unacceptable.
Ultimately, I lost confidence in Verizon's ability to resolve the issue and made the decision to move my business elsewhere.
I hope Verizon reviews this case carefully and improves its internal communication, escalation process, and respect for customers' time so that no one else has to experience what I did.

Really bad customer service bad connection
You are scammers. You stole $126.92 from me, and I do not have any service with you. Your service is very bad, and I do not recommend anyone to deal with you. You are only a company in name, but in reality you are thieves and your internet service is very poor.
