I had used Verizon for about 12 years. Their data rates gradually fell to the point of being completely unusable in a major metro area. I spent *many* hours on the phone with their support and nothing improved it. The promised that if I bought a new phone from them it would work better. I was merely suffering from "congestion". So it was my fault. I'm not into buying new phones all of the time. I am ashamed to have even bought one at these kinds of prices. Verizon knows their network is horrible here. All of the reviews agree. Avoid Verizon. I moved to mint. While I had super long wait times, and it's difficult to understand their staff as they are all in India apparently. My phone numbers were difficult to transfer BUT now I have decent data again and it is MUCH cheaper!

Corporate Verizon should be ashamed. They added a phone line to our business account, and damage coverage over 4 years ago....both of which I did not authorize nor receive any benefits from. There was absolutely no activity on this line since it's inception. I had opted for paperless years ago and did not notice this line charge until 6 months ago. I have spent nearly 20 hours on hold and visited our local Verizon store seeking a refund of $2400. They have not admitted their crime nor returned the money stolen from me. I was dumbfounded that at least 10 of my calls that were placed on hold, mysteriously dropped. My online search for other customers experiencing the same theft or a class action lawsuit was to no avail. Verizon's unethical actions are illegal and they should be held accountable. After 30 years with Verizon, I have switched to T-Mobile.

Generally the worst customer service! We transferred to another wireless network and told them to cancel the entire account regardless if we didn't transfer lines. Jane literally tried to argue with me that they had to charge us for the active three lines because they were active, which I would understand if we didn't request a cancellation a month prior to the next billing cycle. The dumbest person ever. And then had the audacity to call me back and leave a message to help better assist me. Assist me with what, you weren't assisting anyone during the first call. Went to a location which directed me to corporate. Corporate was no help either gave me a phone number to call which is completely different from the business phone number provided online. Wait on hold for 20 minutes only to get sent over to a different department which they hung up before they could even access my account. They worst customer service in person and over the phone.

Very bad customer service.

I was told that I would be eligible for a $15/month discount from Verizon when I have Frontier Internet installed. Verizon has made it as difficult as possible to get the discount. I tried using the app and also called. They disconnect me during either process.

My family had some mobile's with Verizon, some with AT&T. This was to ensure coverage in different parts of Florida. AT&T's uneducated customer service made me decide to move everyone over to Verizon. Now, I am established customer with Verizon for years. They have my credit card information, and I am enrolled in auto payment. Yet, after over five hours of online and phone time, they want me to submit a driver's license. What is the purpose? I made the transfer order online through my Verizon account. You have my credit card information. You have my bank information. I provided all the account information for AT&T, even my password. What is your knowledge of my ability to operate a motor vehicle going to do? It is not like you are going to see my photograph. And, you want me to do this for each mobile I transfer??? Bye Verizon

Verizon is basically the mafia hiding behind a trusted company name. Their stupid box they screw into your wall stopped working, made me pay for a new battery that didn't work. Took a day off so a tech can come fix the connectivity issue, they never came! Called to cancel and they cancelled my account but kept billing me! Went to return all the useless garbage and yet weeks later, still no promised refund. I wish I was making this up. It's even worse, but I'm not wasting another penny or minute, I'm done! You should all be done with this organized crime org!
