I should have read the reviews before purchasing. It seems to happen to many people that the order gets cancelled for whatever reason but they hold your money for days. Yes they did send me gift card for $20 but i really don't know what to do with it.

Verishop is one of my go-to websites! I always find unique clothes and accessories that I don't see everywhere else. Also the skincare/makeup selection is really good and has introduced me to some of my now favorite clean beauty brands. Highly recommended!

I found a dress for my daughter's wedding that I LOVE, but all the reputable stores were out of my size. I ordered on Verishop on 2/4/22 and was told I would have the dress by 2/18/22. I checked the status of my order on 2/17 since I had not heard anything else and it still was not shipped and was "processing." I received an email this evening that they were out of stock. Seriously?????? I should have known better than to deal with a second rate website. Thank God I used a credit card and not a debit card in case they don't reimburse me. DON'T EVER USE THEM!

Verishop has great customer service--I had a package delayed in transit (which at the time it seemed that everything was) and they took it upon theirselves to provide me with email updates and a credit due to my wait. Really above and beyond!
