Great customer service.

I've purchased a lot from Verishop and I'm always happy with the customer service and with the quality of the products I receive. I've had numerous compliments on clothing, handbags, jewelry and decor in my apartment. It's fun to tell them where I got them from and share something new.

Highly recommend. Ordered a beautiful mother of the bride dress but it did not fit correctly. Super easy return and refund policy. Didn't even have to pay return shipping charges! My credit card was quickly refunded and I ordered a different size dress; which arrived quickly. This one is a keeper; great quality! Outstanding customer service!

Great deals and amazing customer service

I was sent the wrong coffee maker and was stuck in a loop with customer service with no satisfactory resolution in sight. Megan, who leads customer service, must have taken the initiative to independently investigate the case and reached out immediately. Not only did she personally oversee an expedited shipment of the correct coffee maker, she told me that they were reviewing customer service policies and making changes based on my case. Super agile and incredibly responsive. I was so impressed with Megan. She didn't just resolve my immediate issue, but took the opportunity to learn from my experience and changed processes to ensure something similar doesn't happen in the future. I went from swearing I would never use Verishop again to becoming an advocate. Megan is amazing and truly a next gen customer service leader.
