Major scam!!! They're on the BBB WATCH LIST! They are scamming creatures that prey upon people at their discretion. I feel sorry for the ones that didn't investigate. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!! 💯 A class action Law suit is in order!

It's a scam. But something that never arrives and they charge you that amount every month going forward. These people should be in prison. They charged $39.99 to my card that was unauthorized, but luckily the folks at Chase Bank texted me to tell me of the scam.

This company is a SCAM. A year ago I bought a product from them. Ever since, multi- variations of them, and in different states, have charged my card for an unthorized amont, and as re-occuring, sometimes 4-6 times within minutes. 3 card changes later, I just cought them again! You all have been warned...DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered one small thing and in the fine print it says they will charge you 29.99 each month even if you dont buy anything else. And then they dont answer the phone when you call, on hold for literally 3hrs on a wednesday morning. They suck

🤬 BUYERS BEWARE! Verishop refused to refund for the order I returned! Initially insisted on keeping it. Later, after return, customer service blocked my number and stopped responding to emails! All of this just because I decided to return 2 TV, and that was not convenient for Verishop. Customer service is terrible! Not honoring their own return policy! Order was placed for Natalya Melnyk. Order#428113. BEWARE! 🤬🤬

Hello David. Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback and supply the order information. I was able to go into your account to see the problem. For the first TV you ordered and returned, the warehouse said that there was no TV included in the box with the return label. Despite that, we gave you the benefit of the doubt and offered a full refund. For the second TV you purchased and attempted to return, we had you return to a high level inspection center where we were able to verify that there was no TV inside the box with the free return label we supplied for the TV. The shipping weight information confirmed that as well. We also have pictures of the package with the return label and it's width and diameter are about the size of a piece of paper, so couldn't possibly have included a TV. Perhaps this, too, was an innocent mistake. However, as my team explained, we needed the actual TV to be able to make a full refund for the second TV. Please understand that our hard working customer service team was only trying to honor the policy as it is stated, which requires the item to be physically returned to us in order to issue a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
