As a physician, I don’t care for companies that claim 20% off then clients enter code, it appears to take then put in cc and no discount after cc is placed thur. Called company says ….well that one wasn’t on list. Give % off or don’t Manipulation is not welcomed

Oh no! Karen, we are so sorry you had this experience. Our intention was certainly not to deceive anyone. We try our best to communicate clearly but sometimes we don't get it right. Thanks to your feedback, we have made some adjustments to future copy. While we would like to make every product eligible, not all of our small business merchants are able to participate, but we will do better communicating that in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Honestly, I found this site by mistake. So happy for that mistake, though, because I found the most competitive and affordable pricing I had yet to see online up to then. They have created a place for affordability, quality and great selection. Navigating the site was so easy and that alone says a lot about their attention to customer satisfaction. I absolutely will be a returning customer and definitely would recommend it to everyone!

Andrew, thank you for your kind review! Happy mistakes are the best. I hear velcro and chocolate chip cookies were invented by mistake too. :) Thank you for shopping with Verishop! We hope to serve you again.

I discovered Verishop on Instagram and I am elated that I did. The prices are very competitive and they offer a great shoe selection. Verishop is definitely one of my go to websites to purchase unique and affordable shoes. I highly recommend shopping at Verishop.

My experience was fantastic! The site was easy to navigate and the items well described. I ordered an item which was initially indicated as having a possible delay in shipping (this was shown prior to my purchase). I completed the purchase knowing of the delay. Within 2 days I was contacted directly by the artist for clarification as to mailing address and my item then arrived the next day. The item was beautiful and the packaging was great. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

We are so happy to hear that, Barbie! Thank you for shopping at Verishop!

Update: It took 3 months from the time I sent my dress back to time of refund. Customer service finally contacted me and stepped up to uphold their refund policy, so hats off to them. Dresses i had ordered were good quality

Hi Martie, I'm so sorry to hear about your refund experience. That is certainly not the standard that we hold or expect. I'm glad to hear that our customer service team were able to make it right in the end. Thank you for shopping at Verishop!

I had a great experience with Verishop. I ordered a jacket, and it arrived from their vendor within a few days! Jacket was too big so I contacted customer service thru online chat to find out if I could exchange. They were extremely helpful, and I ended up doing Verishop store credit. The day I mailed the package back, I received the store credit via a code. Placed the new order and once again received the item within a few days. The vendor packaged everything so nicely, and the jacket was perfect. Throughout this whole process I'd receive updates when the order was processed, when a tracking number was available, and when it had shipped. What a great marketplace, I'm definitely adding it to my list of shopping sites. Verishop is doing a really great job!
