Really nice light--it's done wonders for my dark office that has almost no natural lighting. Balanced with some warm desk lamps, it's managed to balance out a much too harsh environment. Really pleased to support a Vermont small business, too.

There are many bulbs and lamps that are advertised as full spectrum that do not meet the rigorous standards that we hold our own products to. Our lamps and the bulbs are always designed to be used together to create the very best full spectrum light available. One would not work as well with out the other, and the patented technology is the way that we ensure that customers are always receiving the highest quality full spectrum light that Verilux is known for. I was dreading getting the box because I hate to put things together, it never works like the instructions say. After I got the box open I had the lamp put together in 10 minutes. The only tool I needed was an allen wrench & that was in the package. I love the different light functions with different brightness levels. Very good product.
