The lamp was delivered as described. The shipping package was sturdy and secure. The lamp was purchased for a college student. The student checked out all the features and was impressed with the multi-level dimming, 2 light features and a USB port for charging their phone.

Well I ordered a bulb but had to return it because it seems the lamp itself went bad. Then I could not get a refund on my shipping . They did send me a return label. Not happy that the lamp quit working.
