Works as good as your average vacuum in terms of suction strength. While there's no immediate way to tell if the germs have been killed by the uvc light, I feel more comfortable with my young children playing on the floor. Unfortunately, the uvc will not turn on over dark colored rugs, so I use on brighter colored rugs only. I only wish it came with attachable handle to not have to vacuum on my hands and knees.

Package sent to wrong address because of typing error and UPS will not correct the error. No such address exists as 1229 W. 19th St. I live at 1229 W. 10th St. Went there to retrieve package, but address does not exist! UPS says it is Verilux's problem and won't help. I will report it as fraud to my Credit Card Co. if they don't make it right!
