Great reading lamps (we have three) and the bulbs are super. Will never use anything else.

Called to confirm the type of light bulb needed for a lamp purchased from them. They advised and we received the bulb on the day they said, good service.

I spoke with the woman by the name of Catherine twice and she was fantastic. I had a Verilux lamp and needed a new bulb so I ordered one online from Verilux website. Delivery was very quick. But the bulb did not work. ( it was the correct bulb). I called the company and spoke with Catherine and she sent another bulb at no charge. The delivery was quick again. But the second bulb did not work either. So I’m thinking it must’ve been the lamp. I called and spoke with Catherine again. She told me to send it back and they will pay for postage and she was very pleasant, very nice!!! I then called back a few days or a week later and spoke with someone by the name of Kaitlyn. She was also very nice. I wanted to send back both bulbs because they were both brand new and I didn’t want them to go to waste and I wanted to send the third bulb that was originally in the lamp because I wondered if maybe that bulb was still good but I was told no need to send that one as they would not be able to resell it ( this was the original Bupp that it was in the lamp ). Both girls were so nice and friendly it was a pleasure to speak with them. I was told I would be refunded for the one bulb plus postage. I wish every company could be this friendly.
