Great customer service.

I have been using Verilux products for 10+ years and am very happy with them. I have a full-spectrum task light on my desk, and I use a happy light every morning in the fall and winter and it significantly reduces my Seasonal Adjustive Disorder symptoms - to the extent that I no longer need medication to manage depression. I just ordered a more compact version to take with me traveling and to my office, as well as a full-spectrum task light for my office desk to counteract the florescent lights there.

She took a quick action to solve the problem of my light.

i own 7 Verilux floor lamps and one Verilux desk lamp. Need I say more -- the last one I just bought has wonderful light options. If the bulb lasts for ever as they say I will experience heaven on earth for a long time!! PS I was amazed at the intelligence that went into the design of the shipping materials - very compact.
