Fixture was not working properly and would not work over one week without burning out bulb. They cost over 39 bucks each. Threw it away and purchased new lamp from wal mart

Have had two Verilux lamps since 2003. Wonderful products. Customer service is prompt and efficient when it comes to ordering new bulbs which is hardly ever.

Lamp stopped working just past 1 year of purchase. The wires in the base were loose and dangerous. Would not recommend. Company offered me a discount on a new lamp but they clearly have poor quality control.

Using this lamp in the morning during the winter months is really helping me with my depression. Would recommend.

Very happy with response from service dept. as the original request for a specific came in damaged. With a simple phone call, another was placed in mail immediately and received rather quickly.

I just love my "happy light". It is everything the website said it would be.
