Our floor lamp.....bronze....failed after a couple years: the adjustment that held the lamp part horizontal itself seemed to be stripped. Verilux sent out several replacement parts but they all failed too. Another floor lamp with a flexible goose neck stopped working after two years....Replaced bulb, but it still wouldn't turn on!!!! Very dissatisfied with the company and would not recommend them .

I love Verilux and am only sad that the company no longer carries the attractive lamps that used to be available; I have happily bought several of them over the years and don't know what I'm going to do if I have to replace them.

Excellent service. Ordered online, the package was well packed, and delivered on time. All products were as described and work as expected.
