Ordered lamp parts via telephone. The person who took my order was pleasant and knowledgeable. I received a tracking number after the order shipped. Everything arrived and worked as advertised. Very helpful. V.A.O Minneapolis

Great company to buy from. I have several desk lamps and a floor lamp purchased from them over the years.

I like the alarm clock, although it is a bit confusing to set up. I did get it set up to my satisfaction however. The 'happy light', I am not satisfied with and am sending it back. It has a mercury bulb in it and that is not pleasing to me. I was told I could get another one with an LED light in it, however, that is $10 more...I haven't decided if I will be purchasing that one or not.

Joy, I'm so glad to hear that you have the alarm set up and working! I apologize that the directions were a bit confusing. As for the Happylight, I'm sorry you did not find it pleasing. Some of our Happylights do use a fluorescent bulb, but the amount of mercury used is very small, about the amount that can fit on the head of a pin. We do have LED models, and the newest model is only $49.95! I am sending you a link to it: https://verilux.com/store/product/happylight-lucent-light-therapy-lamp. Thank you so much for your feedback, it is always appreciated! Best, Cathy

I trust Verilux and am delighted with my new order. It came quickly, packaged safely, and I am writing this at my computer where I have a new Smart Light illuminating my desk. It is such a pleasure to use, with several options of color and strength. It is good looking in an unobtrusive way. I am truly grateful for all the products I've bought from Verilux, including a light for my art studio, which now is my light for reading, and from years ago, the tube lights that I still use in my art studio for seeing color correctly. I can't say enough about this company and their products.

I have purchased their products for years for myself and family members. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so. I have the larger UV-C wand, but this is the perfect size for travel.
