After throwing away a bulb and buying a new one that didn't seem to work we almost threw out the light but I decided to check it, removed the ballast and contacted you via your web site to get information and order a replacement ballast which I hope will solve it because we had returned the bulb. When we returned the bulb the store owner told us that the ballast was a problem with that fixture and it wasn't replaceable. You apparently failed to notify the retailer adequately that the ballast was replaceable if the label on the fixture indicated it.
