Amazing customer service and a great floor lamp…
I received a replacement lamp which was for one I had purchased that wasn't working quite right. I loved the original lamp, but was concerned about how it was functioning. I contacted Verilux with a question about it and very quickly received a reply. The customer service rep seemed more concerned about how the lamp was functioning than I had been. She said that from my description, it was not working correctly and that she had ordered a replacement and included a shipping label so I could send the defective lamp back. To be clear, there was nothing dangerous about the original, and I continued to use it until the replacement arrived. I am astounded by the fantastic customer service that Verilux provides and I do still LOVE the Smart LED floor lamp. It has both adjustable light color and brightness controls so I can choose daylight and very bright when I need it and warm light tone and dim in the evening when I want to get ready to sleep. It is very stable and the flexible gooseneck allows me to direct the light wherever I need it.
