Ordered two of these floor lamps for reading. They arrived earlier than expected. Both were very professionally, carefully, protectively packaged. They were presented mostly assembled and completion was amazingly easy. The product is exactly as described online, with the fit and finish rather remarkable. It more than met my expectations or hopes. They are high-quality lamps. And they went to obviously great effort to ensure easy tracking updates. This buyer heartily endorses the product and the vendor. I probably won't need any followup customer service from Verilux, but would expect them to be great at that if ever needed!

Excellent service - I’m a returning customer & a happy one. I can recommend this company without reservation – & it’s a company that’s been around for some time, too. In buying their products, I have a sense that they’ll continue to be doing business & to be providing needed replacement bulbs for their lamps well into the future. It’s rare in today’s markets to have the feeling that a company is not only reliable but will be there in the future with products when they’re needed. That means a lot to me.

For one thing I was pleased with how quickly the bulbs arrived. While I gave five stars, I am pretty certain the last bulb barely lived up to the life expectancy promoted by your sales pitch. I am told that your advertised life expectency was the equivalent of leaving the light on 24/7 for four or more years. I don't believe I got even one year with it on 4-5 hrs per day, 7 days a week. But I do like the fixture and the light that it gives. I am needing more light with which to see to read in my 87th year.
