VeriFLY is a great concept. For my daughter it worked great, including the uploading of her Covid test results. For me, the app stated my results were not recognized as a valid COVID-19 test result even though they were obtained the same day as my daughter’s. The app is clearly set to reject results that are obtained 24 hours prior to being obtained/uploaded, even though that is NOT what the current CDC requirements are to fly to the US. They state ONE DAY PRIOR so any results obtained on the date before should be recognized as valid. It is an easy thing to adjust-not rocket science-so I feel like in general it simply isn’t worth the time and effort to download and use. Our airline, American Airlines, just needed to see my negative results with the appropriate DATE, which I showed them using NAVICA. Another thing that was disappointing was that VeriFLY attempts to sell you an “upgraded” option for expedited review-such BS!! Another company making money off the pandemic! Disgusting.

It annoys me that we are forced by BA to use this App to check-in for our flights. I have just returned from the US and had difficulty entering my 2 day pre-departure tests as it would only allow you to unload the test certificates if taken 1 day before departure. On Wednesday the UK decided to drop the pre-departure tests and this was not reflected in the app so I could not check-in for my flight and had to take all my documentation with me to the airport and join all the other frustrated people that were not able to get the App to work. Come on BA you have got to get rid of this App!!!

Pretty much pointless app which won’t let me put any data (other than flight number) in until within 24 hours before flight. By that time, we’ll be at the airport for a pre flight Covid test so offering a check list to review before going to the airport is a joke. It needs to be a more flexible

Log in instructions on the app are confusing and defective. After completing instructions for myself and my wife (companion) the app notified me that we were "Accepted". However, her profile had my photo, not hers, which was verified taken. I was instructed by customer support that I had to cancel her and start all over...;which I did....and my photo still appeared in her "Acceptance". Support again instructed me to repeat what failed to work. BA had best get after someone before travelers look elsewhere for airlines with competent security associates.

Airlines (e.g. Aer Lingus) are blocking people from being able to check in online unless they use this VeriFly app. I think it's really bad that a customer can't access what is nowadays a basic level of service, without being forced to send their personal data to a 3rd party company. Do airlines honestly think that anyone in their right mind would just willingly upload a HUGE amount of their sensitive personal data to a company they've never heard of? I implore airlines to rethink this. This sketchy data collection app doesn't provide much benefit to customers and DEFINITELY should not be forced on to customers by way of withholding service. It's ethically quite criminal.

Used this app recently for flights to US. Was apprehensive at first as not particularly great with IT but found it easy to use and despite all the negative reviews everything uploaded without any issues. Made the process at the airport much quicker and easier- just showed them the the app with the appropriate ✅ and on our way. Will definitely use again.

I wish I could give the app 0 stars. It's awful, not updated with UK changes on covid requirements. I don't understand why BA keeps using this.

Rubbish. Not updated with new UK requirements, and therefore cannot check in online. BA should ditch this....
