What a horrible waste of time. App was unable to read QR codes with test results. Even the airline staff at check in complained about it.

Somebody in IT that can fix veriFly, please do. I'm in a group of 90 people, no one has been able to get it to work, and these are tech savvy people.

I would give this a zero if this was possible! I spent ages downloading the app, setting up my profile, getting testing and uploading documents. I am still unable to check in despite finally getting a ready to travel pass. It took about 20 attempts to upload documents. It doesn’t recognise vaccination certificates’ QR codes from NHS Scotland nor the QR code from a test certificate from the Glasgow Airport Covid Testing centre!! Crap system, written by opportunists trying to cash in on the Covid pandemic.

If only I could give zero stars.....in Belize and had to try to work thru several issues with VeriFLY app which would not recognize our departure city airport. AA forces customers to use this app and refuses to provide any customer support. The support from VeriFLY is pathetic and we've wasted precious vacation time on a poorly written app.........

Viking partnered with VeriFLY so we must use it. My wife wasted 2 hours on this app it ended in tears what a way to start a holiday. I tried, we are flying out of Toronto on AA apt told me we can only start our trip from Pittsburg, it would not allow me to input Toronto. Good thing we have a month, I will try again tomorrow after wasting 2 hours on a Sunday with this piece of junk. After seeming the reviews I can not believe airlines and travel companies would put up with this junk as it is a complete reflection on them.

If there was any joy still left in flying with BA, this pathetic app has taken it away. BA virtually force you to use it with threats about not being able to check-in if you don't. Having read the many other negative reviews, and against my better judgement, I did download the app onto my Android phone and tried to enter detail of my flight to USA. After entering all my personal details, and my co-passenger's details, and our flight details, I attempted to do the all important bit - upload my Covid pass. This horrible app steadfastlt refused to either upload the document or scan the barcode, each time telling me "An unexpected error has occurred. See the log files". Really, Verifly, are you f***ing kidding me? Well I don't find it funny!

Shockingly bad. Completely unfit for purpose. Does not work. Hard to believe that this app has been through any testing at all.

BA and Verifly need to get their act together. Verify puts the US attestation form first so it's tempting to do it before your test which we did and then find that BA won't accept it and you have to join another queue. In the meantime Verifly are supposedly checking your negative test result but some of them come through quickly and others take so long you cannot use the app properly to check-in. It could be so much smoother. It all added to the stress.
