I purchased the heated jacket size XL. It has been my favorite jacket and fits perfectly. I’m 6ft about 200 lbs. it has kept me me warm in even the coldest days. I did have some small issues a few months after wearing it but customer service took care of me. The customer service is the best. I will continue to purchase from this company.

My Venustas heated coat keeps me warm in the coldest temperatures. It is perfect for working outside in the winter. I spend 10-12 hours outside at horse farms and it is very comfortable. The customer service is friendly and responsive.

I've had my jacket for about 3.5 years and I absolutely love it. It was PERFECT for Friday Night Lights when my son was playing football. Fast forward to 2025, my battery quit working and I contacted customer service just to see if there was anything they could do for me. Even though the warranty has long since expired, they still offered to send me a new battery free of charge. Great customer service. My Mom actually purchased this jacket first and loved it so much, she bought me one too!! I would recommend to my friends and family for sure.

As a heated jacket this is a great product. It heats up quickly and stays heated throughout. Unfortunately mine quite working within a relatively short period of time, but Venustas was wonderful and completely backed their product up. I would definitely purchase again.
