I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for this company and the fantastic products they offer. I purchased a heated vest for my wife, who enjoys walking at night, and I can honestly say it was the best gift I could have given her. It keeps her incredibly warm during those chilly evenings. Additionally, I had to reach out to their customer service team regarding a minor issue with the product. I was pleasantly surprised that even though the vest was out of warranty, their team promptly took care of the problem. This level of customer service is commendable and truly sets their company apart. I am very happy with my experience and will certainly continue to purchase their products in the future.

I received my fleece vest as a Christmas gift two years ago. The vest is well made and is of excellent quality. It worked well up until a month or two ago when it would not turn on. I have been working with Venustas customer service and they have been very helpful and very prompt in responding. I would recommend Venustas (both the company and their products). I am looking forward to having my vest back soon as this winter is pretty cold!

I bought my jacket in 2022. I loved it so much that my partner ended up getting one too. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it too! Although this year, it had an issue. I reached out to Venustas and they walked me through some troubleshooting. It did not resolve the issue but their customer service is top notch and they offered to replace the jacket anyway. I felt heard and I feel taken care of knowing that they back their product.

Love the vest. Size is perfect and it heats very well. Customer service is very responsive and delivery time is very fast. Highly recommend.

They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They replaced a jacket for me even after the warranty had expired, which was truly impressive. I own several of their products, including jackets and hoodies, for myself and my family, and I have zero regrets.

I recently won a gift card for Venustas though an Instagram giveaway. I never heard of them, but their jackets looked very nice. I ended up ordering a heated jacket from them. The size i ordered was bigger than expected I contacted Venustas customer support and they helped me exchange my jacket for a better fitting size. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. They also got back to me in a very timely manner and helped throughout the entire exchange process. I'm very happy with the jacket I ordered. I would definitely shop with Vesustas again!!
