My heated vest is a game changer. It keeps me so warm while I stand outside watching my daughter play field hockey. The heat level option provides me with exceptional warmth. Though well past warranty, Venustas dealt with my issue in such a positive manner. I highly recommend them and wish more companies provided helpful support like they do.

I purchased a heated jacket for my girl as a present,she is always cold.She fell in love with the heated jacket and wore it all the time,we even purchased a second battery so she always had one as a backup.This winter she started too have an issue with the power button,so I contacted customer service by email and they were very quick to respond (with in 24 Hrs.)which I was impressed by.They gave me a list of options to try to get the problem solved,but to no avail the issue still existed.I contacted customer service again and explained that the problem could not be solved,but they gave me two options that I could choose to help rectify the sitiuation.They were willing to provide me with a solution that I am very satisfied with.I am very impressed with their support of their product and would not hesitate to purchase products from Venustas in the future.

My Venustas jacket (Venustas-6000 Men's Heated Jacket with Battery pack 7.4V, Windproof Electric Insulated Coat with Detachable Hood) has been my main jacket for cold weather and it has been amazing, keeping me toasty even in super frigid temps. Additionally, the design of the jacket is excellent, with ample zippered pockets, detachable hood and waterproof chest pocket. It is also windproof. And the design is stylish and goes with all my winter outfits. Plus, their customer service is super -- they were responsive to my questions, even replying on weekends. I have gotten so many compliments on my Venustas jacket and am happy to give the company and their gear my highest recommendation.

I had bought a Venustas vest through Amazon and now the vest no longer heats up. I contacted Venustas and after a couple of emails between myself and the company explaining the issues with their product, they were kind enough to send me a replacement vest at no charge. Great customer service and a great product. I use their heated vest daily and it works great.

Honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced. While my heated jacket stopped working just out of warranty, the Venustas customer service team went out of their way to help me troubleshoot and make it right. THEY even followed up with ME after they hadn't heard back from me.
