I have gone through multiple gloves, trying to keep my fingers warm (I'm not a fan of mittens) and I have finally found them. The Venustas have been keeping my hand warm in high winds and cold temps. They even performed very well in wet weather. The best part is they are not stiff which makes them easy to use. One extra huge plus, is the customer service A++

The heated vest I bought worked great until I tried washing it for the first time, and the heating stopped working (just over 2 years of owning it) but the customer service has been fantastic and is helping to get a new jacket even though the warranty is passed.

Purchased two pairs of heated gloves for skiing. Very satisfied with the product. Gloves themselves are well insulated and warm even without the heating. On those very colde days, the heating makes it extra cozy. Unfortunately, the heating function on the right hand of both pairs failed after using for a year or so. However, their customer support was quick to acknowledge the issue and offered to send us new pairs of gloves free of charge, which we accepted.

Very impressed with Venustas Customer service. I purchased a jacket in October 2022, and recently experienced an issue with the jacket not turning on. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful with troubleshooting the issue. They offered to replace the jacket for me even though it was past the warranty window. I absolutely love this jacket and it’s been a game changer with Michigan winters. I would highly recommend this company because they stand behind the quality of their products and are willing to help fix any issues.

I purchased a vest a little over a year ago. I wore it a lot that first cold season. It was awesome. Then the next season came along and something went wrong. It stopped working. I contacted Venustas and they responded immediately. They helped me try to problem solve, and when it still didn’t work, they offered to replace my vest. I’m looking forward to receiving it. The heated jackets we bought have been great for the cold weather. They keep us warm and are comfortable too. But most importantly, when I needed to reach out to Venustas customer service to help with an issue, their service and response has been top notch. We are very happy!

Wonderful experience with these products, I have a heated jacket and a heated vest. I needed to contact customer service to resolve a couple of issues and they are extremely responsive, polite and helpful. Great customer service and a great product are hard to find these days! I will continue to shop Venustas for my personal and gift giving needs!

My son gave me my heated and hooded jacket for Christmas 2024. I live in Ontario and what a game changer for the days that I have to use my snowblower (which has been a lot this season). When I first started using it, I wore a tee-shirt and a hooded sweatshirt under the jacket. I quickly learned that the only thing I needed was the tee-shirt. The jacket is quick to heat up and maintains a perfect temperature, regardless of how cold it is outside. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone thinking about purchasing one of these heated jackets to go for it, you won't be sorry.
