I love my heated vest, so I was disappointed when it stopped working. I reached out to Venustas. I can't speak highly enough about the customer service I received. From the initial prompt response to following up (I hadn't seen the message because it went to my junk folder) to working with me on troubleshooting to eventually replacing the best, the whole process was stress-free. Although it should be the standard, Venustas' customer service is a rare gem in the current world and others in the industry could learn from them.

I purchased your heated vest 2 years ago it's perfect for feeding my outside animals in the cold months. I have recomended your product to everyone i know and would buy more of your products wothout hesitation!

I love my heated coat! I work as a teacher at an elementary school and have to do outside recess and this comes in do handy during the cold days! I’d recommend this coat to everyone who is always cold!

I have purchased A couple jackets from Venustas and I love them and their customer support is the best I have had contacted them 3 times the first time in 22 when my jacket didn't work straight out of the package they sent me a new one Immediately the second time also in 22 when my husbands jacket stopped working A few months after he got it again they replaced it for free it took awhile to came but it came from over seas he love it and still working great and I had to contact Customer service this year because my jacket stopped working again they helped me resolve the issue thank you to the best team I will definitely be buying another jacket from this company again the quality is great with a vast array of styles

Venustas Customer Service is just what you want from customer service when you have a problem. Prompt, polite, and courteous; eager to find solutions and offer answers. Besides playing golf, I spend a lot of time outdoors watching soccer and lacrosse. My heated vest does a wonderful job of keeping my core comfortable. But it's the Customer Service that would bring me back to make future purchases from Venustas.

I had questions concerning the battery and contacted Venustas customer service. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The vest works great and performs as advertised.
